Pia has a passion for getting to the root cause of health issues. (This is when a complete resolution of the issue occurs.) Most often, the root cause of health issues stems from the mind and the emotions.  Identifying the misaligned thought and bringing that to awareness is key to helping her clients illuminate and transform their health issues permanently.

Pia uses the latest technology to monitor your health: Introducing "The VLA" Vitality, Longevity and Ageing,

The VLA is an accurate Bio-impedance tool used to measure your body composition and measure the Health and Vitality of your cells.

It gives you reliable information on your fat levels, muscle mass and cellular hydration levels giving you the opportunity to witness your body’s composition changes as you age. It is a snapshot of where you are in regards to your body age and ageing process and gives you the information necessary to implement the most suitable treatment program for your body.

During the VLA consultation you will receive information specific to you which will help further your understanding of your body and your ageing process.

What will You see?

Your Health at a Cellular Level: The VLA will measure the Health and Vitality of your cells as well as providing you with a “Body Age” The age your body feels, not your numerical age! You will find out how much fat you have in comparison to how much you should have: This is vital information for anyone wanting to start and monitor a successful weight loss regime.

WEIGHT LOSS

Pia reflects on particular instance when one of her clients approached her for some help with weight loss; an issue this person had been struggling with for many years.  After several consultations, Pia uncovered a deep seated need in her client for love and nurturing which she hadn’t developed in her relationship with herself and was not getting in her relationship. Her client therefore developed a ‘self-nurturing’ relationship with food. Whenever her client felt lonely, bored or mildly depressed, she would use food to improve her mood or distract herself from the emptiness within her that was not being filled with a balanced connection with herself and her partner.  Not surprisingly this behaviour resulted in years of bingeing, yo-yo dieting, weight gain and consequently, poor self esteem.

During the session Pia was able to help her client make the connection between her weight issues and her choice of food as a ‘self nurture tool’ and facilitate changes in behaviour by exploring healthy ways for her client to self nurture.
The clients weight loss was also supported with the most up to date Bio-impedance equipement to measure body composition and accurately assess the changes of muscle, water and fat.  This was very motivating for her client as she could see her fat melting away and watch her body composition change and her body age reduce right before her eyes.

Weight loss in her client was facilitated with a healthy diet based on the latest clinical information as well as with select herbal and vitamin based supplements to support her client’s unique biochemistry and improve her body’s fat burning process to help get into those size 12 pants she had always kept at the back of the wardrobe!
