Teressa is Australia’s First University trained Nutritional Biochemist and Naturopath, with over 16 years of clinical experience. It is through this experience that Teressa and her highly developed understanding of nutrition and how certain foods affect your body play a vital role in your health.
For the last few years Teressa has been a devoted mother. She has enjoyed her time with her daughter Sienna (almost selfishly). As Teressa has an active mind, motherhood could not stop her from continuing study and so she has added to her store of knowledge and is looking forward to using this knowledge in pursuit of your health and wellbeing.
Teressa is multitalented but her passion lies with conception and pregnancy, particularly with how nutrition and nutrients can bolster the health of your baby even before they are born. Her excitement escalates when she talks about how genetics can be influenced by specific nutrients. She has written books on this subject to help mothers through their pregnancy with ease.

She is constantly updating her skills and knowledge by attending local and international conferences.
