Legal Reports

 

We will provide legal reports for the CAA (Chiropractors' Association of Australia)standard fee.

If you plan on requesting a report, please tell at the initial consultation so that we can make progress notes.

 

The fee for reports is set at a minimum $250

 

If your sole purpose is to obtain a negative report so that you can scam the insurance company, please go to somebody else.

Any report that we issue will reflect your true health and (if any) injuries.
