Our practice is located between Cararra and Nerang,

on the hinterland margin of Gold Coast City,

in south east Queensland.

We are just off the M1 (exit 71) and only a short walk

from Nerang Train Station.

If you are staying on the Gold Coast, you can easily get to us by

the Nerang-Broadbeach Road, (or Broadbeach-Nerang Road) which

starts at Broadbeach between Mermaid Beach and Surfers Paradise

between the Conrad Jupiters Hotel and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Legal Reports

We will provide legal reports for the CAA (Chiropractors' Association of Australia)standard fee.

If you plan on requesting a report, please tell at the initial consultation so that we can make progress notes.

The fee for reports is set at a minimum $250

Health Funds (Insurance Companies)

For chiropractic, osteopathic and physiotherapy/orthotic patients, for your convenience, we have installed the "Hi-Caps" system to process your private health insurance claim at the time of service.

All you need to pay is the "gap", which varies depending on your level of cover or service provided.

Some pay less than one third, others close to the full amount.

If your health fund has a "preferred provider" list we probably aren't on it because we don't reduce our fees to get on health fund lists.

The "preferred provider" is not a more qualified person, nor is he/she more accessable, reliable or capable, he/she is just willing to charge the health fund less for the service provided. (i.e. discount...)

You can make the decision who you chose to see...your body, your choice.

Please remember to bring your health insurance card to the practice, we cannot process your claim without a health-fund card with a magnetic information strip.

If you don't have such a card, ask your health fund to issue one, otherwise we will give you a receipt so that you can lodge a claim.

We provide this service without charge to you, the "gap" can be paid by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

We don't accept cheques 'cause they are a pain in the bum. (sorry) Too many dud cheques!
